and all look and feel is cool, i can view full HD videos neately as mother board is integrated with NVIDIA Geforce 7025/nForce 630a

but for gaming they dont provide that much support So HELP

Currently I am using an onboard Radeon HD 4200 with 512MB memory, and for example, this is how it can run games:

NFS Undercover: 1360x768 + highest settings, slightly annoying framerate
NFS Undercover: 1920x1080 + Highest settings, great picture, but framerate is like 4 FPS lol
Spore: 1360x768 + Highest settings is good, greater resolution makes it un-playable.

Was thinking of getting a Radeon HD 4650 with 1GB memory. Do you think these games would be playable on 1080p + highest settings?

Sapphire ATI HD 5770 FPS drop and Low Core Clock Issue?

I bought a Sapphire ATI HD5770 1gb gddr5 . My Current config is C2D E8400 3.0GHz, 2GB ddr2 ram, Intel DG31PR Motherboard and Thermaltake TR2 500W Power supply and samsung T200 20inch monitor. After installing the card, I noticed 2 problems. There’s a slight lag/sudden drop in fps while playing some games, very slight lag but its noticeable. Specially some old games like NFS mostwanted, TDU, css, and GTA4 EFLC the lag is too high. On the other hand, in some new games like, Split second, blur, Mafia 2, Splinter Cell conviction, Grid(though this one is old) its barely noticeable. I tried doing the following things>
1.Updated the Ati CCC to the latest one
2.Re-Installed Windows 7
3.Tried with different settings of catalyst A.I
4.Different video/graphics settings
But still problem is there. Need help!!

Another problem is, my card’s default core clock is 850MHz and Memory clock is 1200MHz, yesterday I checked with both GPUz and MSI after burner , when playing games memory clock goes up to 1200mhz but, Core Clock is MAX 500MHz only, never goes more than this!! At Idle core clock is 157mhz and memory clock 300mhz. and core clock/memory clock fluctuates between idle and maximum while playing games, which is really weird. I tried to change the core clock to 852Mhz from msi afterburner, but the clock changed to 600Mhz only in games. Noticed Same problem in each and every game. I didn’t notice any other problem. Card's idle temp is 46-51 degree and 56-61degree when at load. Please let me know if this is an issue with the card or some other settings? And I need to know the exact reason so that i can claim my warranty. thanks

Hi.. i need help choosing the right graphics card for my desktop Pc. Okay so the PC has 6GB Ram and 581GB hard drive Intel Pentium (R) Dual-Core 2.70 GHz the only bad fact is that the computer lacks a good graphics card. Okay before you guys start giving me these really expensive graphics card i have to say that i am not an extreme gamer so i would like the graphics card to be really in the middle i mostly play games that have to do with racing like Grid or NFS. Ok so i have a 256MB Graphics card in my computer, and NFS Shift says thats the minimum required to play the game, so it doesn't surprise me that it's glitchy and delayed. But, is there anyway (either in game or in my system) to lower the amount of graphics involved in the game, so i can play it? I do really love the graphics, but i'd much rather be able to control where i'm going till i upgrade my graphics card.

So please, and suggestions on how to do this would be nice!

I already ripped through Most Wanted, ProStreet and Shift (whose wheel support is the most realistic of any game I've yet tried) but disappointed to find that Undercover's wheel support is sloppy and unpleasant. That got me thinking about NFS Underground 2 (my all time favorite NFS) and wondering:

Blur or Split Second?

Alright I've already played the Blur demo and I gotta say it's awesome-the online especially is really fun and I can't stop playing it. I've seen some Split Second gameplay footage, and it looks pretty awesome too, so I can't really decide between which of these games I should get. Split Second I noticed has overall better graphics, physics, destruction, [crash sequences?], and vehicles and is (from what I've seen so far) slightly related to the movie 2012, yet I hear the stages aren't very various and that it gets boring after awhile. Blur, however although not-so-stunning yet still having decent graphics, has (according to what I've seen in the demo) a greater variation of game-modes and requires somewhat more teamwork (Team Motor Mash for example) and is based off of the movie Death Race (due to the in-game power-ups).

Also I've been having some problems with my PS3 controller, it disconnects whenever I play games-especially Blur and it's made me come out last like 10 times lol it sucks =/

I also have a question about if either of these two games have a free-roam mode where you can reek havoc on the streets and have like 10 police cars chase after you (much like in NFS Most Wanted).

And lastly I've heard about a website called PS3UnlimitedDownloads where you pay $50 in credit and can download unlimited PS3 games for free in like 3mins tops, is this true?
For my controller disconnecting problem, I have tried recharging it with the usb cord but it's still not quite working. This happens at least 2-3 times whenever I play games or online and it's really annoying.

Oh and one more thing, is Split Second really made by Disney???

I downloaded the .iso files for nfs shift and racedriver grid(not right, i know, sorry). The games install properly but grid shows only the intro video and then everything is pitch black and you can hear only sound . in nfs shift the video before the test lap shows twice and then when the test lap loading starts it gets stuck and does nothing and safter sometime shows shift.exe stopped working. i have checked recommended system requirements and all but nothing seems to work. Help needed . PLEASE.
